Showcaller Training is run by Kate Salberg, a sole trader based in the UK. This page explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What I collect, and why
If you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message, so I can reply to your enquiry. I don't add you to any mailing list from this alone.
If you sign up to hear from me by email, I collect your name and email address through MailerLite, my email platform, so I can send you the updates you've asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
If you book a call or a training session through Calendly, I collect your name, email address, and time zone, so I can schedule and run that booking.
If you enrol on a course through Udemy or Teachable, those platforms handle your payment and account details directly — I don't see or store your card details, and their own privacy policies apply to that part.
Who else sees it
I use MailerLite (email) and Calendly (booking) to run this site — both are data processors acting on my instructions, not owners of your data. I don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to respond to you or deliver what you've booked, and mailing list details for as long as you stay subscribed. You can ask me to delete your data at any time (see below).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see what personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to being contacted. To do any of this, email kate@showcallertraining.com.
Cookies
This site may use basic cookies through MailerLite to remember form entries and measure how the site is used. It doesn't use these to track you across other websites.
